Performer

While we haven't been operating for very long, our network of performers are very important to us - our first priority is that your performances receive the attention they deserve, and you keep the rights to your music. We are artist-friendly! If you want to join a group of talented individuals, all with a common goal, and receive the support that you need and deserve to get on to market, then you should definitely consider applying to become a Quinlan Music Performer.

Benefits:

• All performers receive a biography page and a store page, where you can tell your audience a little bit about you, and distribute recordings of your performances.
• You keep the rights to your performances, and we'll help you manage them, including resolving copyright disputes, and other such matters.
• You keep 70% of profit generated, which will be debited to your bank account monthly, quarterly or annually (depending on profit generated).
• All composers are provided website hosting and development services at a significantly reduced cost, courtesy of QuinHub Network.
• Distribution of recordings to all major digital stores and streaming services, in addition to as MP3s on our website.
• All performers receive a branded @QuinlanMusic.com email address.

Conditions

• All applicants must be aged 17+, and must not currently be in any contractual agreement with any record label or publishing organisation.
• On successful admission as a performer, you must sign an Exclusivity Agreement with Quinlan Music, stating that over the course of time that you are distributing with Quinlan Music, you will not sign with any other organisations, or become affiliated with them in any manner.
• You must not have any self-signed or self-published content available for purchase or download anywhere (unless otherwise agreed by the Recruitment Department).
• You must not have released any works (or their recordings) to any 'free' music streaming service (e.g. Soundcloud / YouTube). If you have, we may request you to take the product down if your application is successful.

Admission Process

1. Complete application form.
2. Go through application / interview process - we are not able to release further details of this publicly, as we want to ensure that all candidates are given a fair and equal chance.
3. Receive response from Quinlan Music (Successful / Unsuccessful Application). You will receive a response from a member of the Recruitment or Operations Departments.
4. If accepted, we will request further details from you (including bank account information, address, composer avatar, social media links, website URL, biography, etc).
5. Start releasing content. We will provide you with an introduction pack on successful admission.
